The exam consists of 5 sections as follows:
- Adult CPR (8 questions)
- Child CPR (8 questions)
- Infant CPR (8 questions)
- Basic First Aid (11 questions)
- AED Skills (5 questions)
All questions are multiple choice or true-or-false and are designed to evaluate how well you retained the information covered by the lesson.
You may take the exam as many times as you wish during your 30-day registration period but a grade of at least 85% is required to obtain certification.
